Organisation and delivery of three in-person training courses on public service digitalisation and the use of artificial intelligence in public administration

Summary

The tender covers the organisation of three in-person, two-day training courses comprising a total of 14 teaching hours for 120 employees of public employment services. The subjects are public service digitalisation and the practical use of artificial intelligence in public administration. Two courses must be delivered in specified areas of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship with two training rooms, accommodation and catering, while one course must be delivered in Szczecin with training rooms and catering. The main services must take place between 2 November and 11 December 2026; the contracting authority may additionally order one Szczecin training for 30–40 participants in the first quarter of 2027.
