Summary

The bidder must demonstrate financial capacity and technical/professional qualification; 1) Financial capacity: annual turnover of at least 70% of the estimated contract value (9,450 euros) as specified in the Latvian document; 2) Technical and professional qualification: list of major services performed in the last three years, including amounts, dates and recipients; 3) Team and management roles: include a project leader and necessary specialists (physiotherapist and/or nutritionist) according to the scope; 4) Past experience and evidence: provide examples of similar services and references; 5) Compliance with contract terms: provide required documents (DEUC or equivalent) and attestations; 6) Insurance: provide necessary insurances; 7) Data protection: demonstrate compliance with data protection regulations and secure data handling processes; 8) Subcontracting: comply with subcontracting rules and notifications; 9) Quality control and supervision: implement monitoring and reporting methods as agreed; 10) Required forms and documents: submit all mandatory documents and proofs as per tender requirements.
