Tender for urban waste collection and transport service

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of an urban waste collection and transport service for the municipality of Condado de Treviño, including collection of residual waste, manual removal around deposit points, immediate transport to the Miranda de Ebro Urban Solid Waste Transfer Plant or the designated facility, washing and disinfection, maintenance and ordinary repair of containers, container movement, holiday reinforcements, route control and incident management, and related activities. The service will be carried out with the contractor's personnel and equipment under the contractor's exclusive organization, in compliance with sectoral, environmental, labor, traffic and prevention regulations. The contract duration is one year with no extension. The area of operation covers the entire municipality; inventory comprises 221 rear-loading 800-liter containers. Proposals must include an operating plan before start, including schedule, pass order, staffing, primary and reserve vehicles, coordination contacts and an incident protocol. Price base is EUR 130,123.20 excluding VAT. Award will be based on best value-for-money with automatic criteria: price (70 points), response time to urgent incidents, environmental performance of the principal collector (zero emissions, ECO/Euro VI, etc.), digital traceability system, and an additional wash campaign; obligations scored will be contractual.
