Technical specification for the maintenance of Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya computer hardware

Summary

FGC is tendering a computer hardware maintenance service. The object is hardware currently in production but out of warranty with the manufacturer. The service period is two years (Lots 2–4) with Lot 1 for one year. The contract is divided into four lots: Lot 1 – maintenance of critical infrastructure hardware; Lot 2 – storage and backup systems maintenance; Lot 3 – computers and peripherals maintenance; Lot 4 – special equipment maintenance. Requirements include service levels, on-site support and spare parts, with locations in Barcelona city and surrounding areas (Sarrià, Plaça Espanya, Plaça Catalunya, Provença) and in the province (Rubí, Martorell, Sant Boi) plus mountain areas (La Molina, Port Ainé, Espot, Rialp, Vall de Freser, Ribes de Freser, Montserrat).
