Demanial Use Concession – Municipal Language School

Summary

This tender concerns the demanial use concession of a space within the Belmez Civil Protection building for the exclusive operation of a Municipal Language School. The space will be delivered vacant; the winner must supply at their own expense all furniture, teaching materials, technical equipment and any infrastructure needed for language teaching. The concession lasts four years; the minimum annual rent is 979.63 euros, with the possibility to bid higher. Payment in kind is allowed by providing 100% free scholarship seats for municipal students for each academic year.
