UAS operational management service with integrated regulatory technical support

Summary

The tender covers UAS operational management and integrated regulatory technical support for Grupo Tragsa’s operators. The service provider must process flight case files, coordinate with air navigation service providers, airports, military authorities and other bodies, provide advice on aviation regulations and UAS technology, and support the operators throughout the full case lifecycle. The contract runs for 36 months and may be extended once for an additional 12-month period. Pricing consists of a monthly fee and unit prices for Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 case files. Additional points are available for the worker’s additional UAS experience and proven experience with Interior Ministry notifications, coordination with air navigation service providers and military bodies, and obtaining an operational authorisation under SORA 2.0 or SORA 2.5.
