Periodic statutory maintenance of JESAT fire-protection installations

Summary

The tender concerns periodic statutory maintenance and inspections of fire-protection and fire-detection systems at various JESAT locations. The service must be provided by a qualified and properly authorised maintenance company in Madrid from 1 January 2027 to 30 November 2027 or until the available budget is exhausted. The estimated base amount is EUR 36,776.86 excluding VAT and EUR 44,500 including VAT. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires an electronic tender with a responsible declaration, registration and tax evidence, technical references, a REACH declaration and other required confirmations. The bidder must provide the vehicles and equipment needed for the work and submit a work schedule no later than 15 days after the service starts.
