The tender concerns the transport of biological samples, administrative and healthcare documents, mail, parcels, pharmaceuticals, warehouse supplies and other materials between Valladolid Este primary healthcare centres, hospitals and other destinations. The service covers urban and rural centres, daily, weekly, monthly and bimonthly routes, as well as demand-based services. Work is mainly performed on working days from 7:30 to 15:00; samples generally have to reach the hospital before 11:00. The initial contract term is 36 months from 2027, with a possible one-year extension. The budget including VAT is EUR 348,337.44, and the estimated total value excluding VAT, including the extension, is EUR 383,842.91.
