Service for monitoring compliance with the integrated environmental permit water requirements

Summary

The tender concerns external monitoring of the water-related requirements of the integrated environmental permit for the La Pereda Thermal Power Plant. The successful bidder must sample and analyse industrial, sanitary and groundwater discharges, validate continuous-monitoring data, verify equipment, prepare reports and transmit results to the competent hydraulic authority. The contract lasts one year and may be extended once for one year. Price is the only award criterion. The ceiling is EUR 6,000 excluding VAT, or EUR 7,260 including 21% VAT. Participation requires at least EUR 9,000 in net turnover, three similar references, a suitably qualified specialist, registration as a hydraulic-administration collaborating entity, ISO 17025 accreditation, appropriate equipment and attendance at the mandatory site visit on 30 September 2026.
