Sony camera support and maintenance service for Canal Extremadura

Summary

The tender covers support, maintenance and warranty extension services for six Sony broadcast cameras used at Canal Extremadura’s El Prado studio. Five cameras are HDC-3100 models with their base stations and RCPs, and one is a P31 model with an RCP. The Prime Support service will run for 32 months after contract award, until 30 May 2029. The contractor must provide priority support by telephone and email on working days from 9:00 to 18:00, a 60-minute response time, remote assistance, and collection and repair of faulty equipment by the manufacturer’s specialist technicians, including transport costs. The estimated contract value is EUR 18,500 excluding VAT and EUR 22,385 including VAT. Price is the only award criterion; bidders are exempt from proving their economic, technical and professional capacity.
