Summary

The tender covers the full organisation and delivery of the JUVE leisure and sports event in 2027 and 2028. The service must include planning, coordination and delivery of sports, leisure, technology, educational and entertainment activities for school-age children on 2, 3 and 4 January at three simultaneous locations: the town of Orihuela, the Orihuela Costa municipal sports centre and three outlying locations. The estimated total contract value is EUR 516,146.40 and the annual base value is EUR 129,036.60. A company must submit the required administrative, technical and financial documents electronically, be properly registered, and be able to manage the event’s logistics, personnel, equipment, attractions, safety arrangements and accessible services. The contract is not divided into lots.
