Direction of works for the refurbishment of the Jalance WWTP (Valencia)

Summary

This procurement concerns the direction and supervision of the refurbishment works of the Jalance wastewater treatment plant (EDAR) in Valencia. The contractor will provide the Direction Facultativa services, including the supervision of the works, direction of construction, and coordination of safety and health, as well as quality, environmental, and documentation control. It will also manage subcontractors and suppliers and monitor the project budget and schedule, producing reports as required and assisting EPSAR with any contract modifications, suspensions, or final acceptance. The maximum contract price is 297,166.56 euros including VAT. The procurement procedure is open with multiple award criteria under LCSP.
