Physiotherapy, speech and language therapy and psychology services at the Dos Hermanas Early Intervention Centre

Summary

The tender covers three separate services at the Dos Hermanas Early Intervention Centre: physiotherapy (Lot 1), speech and language therapy (Lot 2), and psychology (Lot 3). Services are for children under six and their families and environments. Work includes initial interviews and developmental assessments, direct therapy, preparing and implementing individual intervention plans, coordinating with other professionals, and monitoring cases. Sessions are generally individual and last 45 minutes. The provider must keep beneficiary records up to date and record sessions and interventions in the relevant information system. A bidder may submit for one or more lots, but must provide a separate offer for each lot. The reference unit price is €30.13 per session. The 11-month budget is €41,428.75 for physiotherapy (an average of 125 sessions per month), €63,965.99 for speech and language therapy (193 sessions per month), and €58,000.25 for psychology (175 sessions per month). The total budget is €163,394.99, and the services are exempt from VAT. The budget is a ceiling and does not oblige the buyer to spend the full amount; session volumes depend on actual demand and may increase if the contractor offers a lower unit price. The contract runs from 16 October 2026 to 15 September 2027, or, if signed later, from contract signature to 15 September 2027. Three 12-month extensions are possible if the delegated authority continues; the maximum duration is three years and 11 months. Services are delivered at the centre on weekdays, in the morning and afternoon; at least 51% of service time must be after 3:00 p.m. Services operate throughout the year, although a more intensive morning schedule may be used in July and August. The provider must supply the necessary rooms, staff and resources; the physiotherapy room must be equipped with the specified therapy and play materials. The contract includes transfer of existing staff as set out in the tender documents. Each lot is assessed separately: price is worth 30 points and automatically scored improvements are worth 70 points. Bidders must also meet qualification and experience requirements, provide staff evidence, and account for the final guarantee and liability insurance requirements.
