Summary

The tender concerns the supply of professional DAB+ monitoring equipment for RTVE’s digital radio network. It is divided into three lots: 14 high-performance head-end monitoring units, at least 60 FM and DAB/DAB+ RF monitoring units with 120 antennas, and 5 monitoring probes for transmitter centres. The equipment must support continuous unattended operation, remote management, configurable alarms, technical measurements and service monitoring. The estimated value is EUR 297,550 excluding VAT, or EUR 360,035.50 including VAT, with submissions due by 12 October 2026. Suppliers must demonstrate the required turnover and at least three comparable references from the last three years. Offers must include detailed technical documentation, manufacturer and model information, certificates where relevant, a completed technical offer and a price offer. The maximum delivery period is 12 weeks, the minimum warranty is one year, and the final guarantee is 5% of the pre-VAT tender base price. Price accounts for 60 points, while warranty extension and delivery-time reduction account for 20 points each.
