Vehicle removal and storage service at night and on public holidays in Alcantarilla

Summary

The tender covers a two-year service for removing vehicles from public roads and, where required, transporting them to the municipal depot in Alcantarilla. The service is required at night, on public holidays and in exceptional situations ordered by the Local Police, including improperly parked or abandoned vehicles, accidents, emergencies and authorised events. The estimated tender budget for the initial two-year term is EUR 231,361.80 excluding VAT, or EUR 279,947.78 including 21% VAT. The contract may be extended annually up to a maximum total duration of four years. The service must be available in the municipal area, every day from 22:00 to 07:00, around the clock on public holidays, and at other times when exceptionally requested by the Local Police. The contractor must provide at least one operational tow truck with a minimum 3,000 kg capacity, suitable equipment, emergency signalling and mobile communications, together with qualified staff and a technical coordinator. The vehicle must normally reach the requested location within 15 minutes. Offers are scored on price, response time, additional tow trucks and depot-related services. The offer must be submitted electronically in Spanish, or with an official Spanish translation, in two electronic sections.
