Cleaning service for the regional environmental offices in Zamora Province

Summary

The tender concerns ordinary cleaning services for eight environmental offices and facilities in Zamora Province, including sites in El Puente de Sanabria, Mombuey, Villardeciervos, Alcañices, Tábara, Bermillo de Sayago and Benavente. The service covers floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture, equipment, toilets, waste collection, selective paper and cardboard collection, and the supply and replenishment of hygiene consumables. The contractor must provide the staff, uniforms, equipment, cleaning products and personal protective equipment, use environmentally certified products, comply with labour and social legislation, and take over the affected cleaning staff. Payments are made monthly after confirmation that the services have been properly performed.
