Maintenance, repair and conservation of the City of Madrid’s clock heritage

Summary

The tender covers the maintenance, repair and conservation of 103 clocks forming part of the City of Madrid’s historical and artistic clock heritage. The services must keep the clocks in safe and proper working condition, identify possible causes of failure in advance and carry out the necessary corrective work. The contract is for 24 months from the planned start date of 1 February 2027, with an optional extension of up to two additional years. It is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 112,432.32 excluding VAT, and the maximum tender budget is EUR 56,216.16 excluding VAT, or EUR 68,021.55 including VAT. Payments are made monthly.
