Fire-protection systems maintenance and verification service for the Lanzarote Art, Culture and Tourism Centres

Summary

The tender covers annual preventive maintenance and regulatory verification of fire-protection installations and equipment at the Lanzarote Art, Culture and Tourism Centres. The service includes inspections, checklists, separate technical reports for each centre, maintenance records and reporting on any required recharging, retesting, repairs or replacement of defective equipment. The contract is not divided into lots and runs for two years, with one possible two-year extension; the total term may not exceed four years.
