Cleaning and maintenance services for Hort de la Bosca public park in Oliva

Summary

The tender concerns the cleaning, conservation and maintenance of the public Hort de la Bosca park in Oliva, covering approximately 10,000 m². The service includes waste collection, sweeping, toilet cleaning and disinfection at least three times daily, replenishment of consumables, minor repairs and routine maintenance of park furniture and the pond, opening and closing the park, manual weeding, soil cultivation, raking, exceptional clearing, daily watering of sandy paths in spring and summer, and reporting of tree and irrigation anomalies. Tree and palm pruning and treatment of the red palm weevil are excluded. The estimated annual budget is EUR 44,290.11 including VAT, or EUR 38,346.42 excluding VAT; the estimated value including a possible one-year extension is EUR 76,692.84 excluding VAT. Price is worth up to 40 points, seasonal plant supply up to 40 points, and selective-waste containers up to 20 points.
