Tender detail
Supply of six complete multispectral suits for FGNE
Summary
The tender concerns the supply of six complete multispectral camouflage suits for the Naval Special Warfare Force. Four sets must be size S/M and two size L/XL. The suits are intended to reduce thermal and visual detectability and must meet detailed technical requirements for materials, weight, operating temperature, camouflage patterns, spectral performance, jacket, hood, retention system, gloves and trousers. The estimated contract value is EUR 23,370 excluding VAT, or EUR 28,277.70 including 21% VAT. The contract runs from signature until 15 December 2026, with delivery to the Arsenal of Cartagena in Spain. Price is the only award criterion, with a maximum of 100 points. The tender must be submitted electronically and the price must cover the complete supply, with VAT shown separately. The supplier must provide CE certification or an equivalent, a user information leaflet and technical evidence demonstrating compliance. The technical specification also requires samples, although the administrative documents state that quality samples are not required; this inconsistency should be clarified with the contracting authority. The supplier is responsible for transport, loading and unloading, must comply with REACH requirements, and must catalogue the supplied articles where required. A three-year warranty applies.
