Summary

The tender covers a 12-month maintenance service for the Guardia Civil Rural Prototype Platform, starting on 1 December 2026 or on the day after contract signature if later. The estimated contract value is EUR 139,999.00 excluding VAT, or EUR 169,398.79 including 21% VAT. The service includes maintenance of custom AI algorithms, software, user interfaces, GIS functions, hardware, third-party licences and SIM cards, as well as the migration of the processing environment from Vodafone's data centre to the Guardia Civil data centre and integration with its intranet. The platform supports rural theft prevention, crowd-event control, remote detection of cannabis plantations and environmental-crime detection using sensors, cameras, drones, RFID, mobile-device detection and Big Data. The contract is not divided into lots. The price carries 90 points and reductions in response and repair times carry up to 10 points.
