Comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of computer hardware, software and LAN infrastructure

Summary

This mixed contract covers comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of the municipality’s IT hardware, software, data servers and wired and wireless LAN infrastructure. The contractor must also support modernization towards secure cloud-based workstations, provide local and remote backups, licenses and equipment replacements, plan email migration, maintain public library terminals, prepare server-centre inventories and reports, and support related municipal systems. The initial term is 2 years, with a possible 2-year extension; the maximum term is 4 years. The estimated value including extensions is EUR 97,573.00 excluding VAT. The two-year tender budget is EUR 55,491.00 excluding VAT, or EUR 67,144.11 including 21% VAT. The contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, provide the committed network-security and network-technical personnel, submit the tender electronically, and provide all required declarations and evidence. Award criteria total 100 points: price discount up to 50 points, environmental management system up to 5, extended warranty up to 10, extended support hours up to 5, improved response and resolution times up to 20, and an incident-management platform up to 10 points.
