The mixed contract covers maintenance, inspection and repair of the gym equipment at the Escuela de Especialidades de la Estación Naval de la Graña (ESENGRA), including cardiovascular equipment, strength-training and free-weight equipment, specialist labour, spare parts and replacement materials. The work includes mechanical, electrical, electronic and safety checks, functional testing, cleaning, work reports and photographic documentation. The contract is for one undivided lot, with an estimated value of EUR 16,862.21 excluding VAT and a maximum budget of EUR 20,403.27 including 21% VAT. It runs for two months from contract signing, no later than 30 November 2026, or until the approved amount is exhausted. The service must be completed within 60 days; completion within 30 days receives the maximum time score. Participation requires legal capacity, the necessary authorisations and compliance with the tender documents. The tender must be submitted electronically in the required format, with the responsible declaration, economic offer and technical evidence. The best-ranked bidder must provide registry, tax and social-security certificates, a REACH compliance declaration and civil-liability insurance of at least EUR 90,000. Subcontracting is allowed up to 90%, while the main contractor remains fully responsible.
