Supply of a remotely operable tethered drone-in-a-box system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation and full integration of one remotely operable tethered drone-in-a-box system for an Armada USV. The system must include the drone, launch box, constant-tension winch, power and communications link, control console and day/night camera, and must be delivered fully operational at Rota Naval Base by 15 December 2026. The estimated contract value and budget are EUR 90,000, VAT exempt. There is one lot. The offer must include the manufacturer’s technical data sheet and catalogue, and the proposed system must meet all mandatory technical requirements, including at least IP66 protection, MIL-STD-810H compliance, a minimum operating height of 100 metres, at least 2 kg mission-payload capacity, remote operation and full USV integration. The bidder must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 135,000 in the best of the last three available financial years and similar supplies with an accumulated value of at least EUR 63,000 in the year of highest performance. The tender is submitted electronically in one envelope. Price carries 90% of the score and documented operating height carries 10%; 200 metres or more receives the maximum height score. The successful bidder must provide a 5% final performance guarantee and comply with cataloguing, packaging, transport, environmental and delivery obligations.
