Supply, replacement and installation of LED lighting and adaptation of electrical panels at NRDC-ESP buildings 77 and 81

The mixed contract covers the supply and replacement and installation of LED lighting, together with the adaptation of electrical panels serving the planning rooms and training classrooms in buildings 77 and 81 of NRDC-ESP. The contract has a value of EUR 18,000, with VAT at 0%, and must be completed within two months of award and in any event before 15 December 2026 at Base Jaime I in Bétera, Valencia. The tender is not divided into lots. Price is the only award criterion, and the lowest price receives 100 points. A mandatory site visit and certificate are required; failure to provide the certificate excludes the tender. The bidder must be able to demonstrate the required turnover, comparable experience, suitable staff and equipment, registration and legal compliance, and must submit the required declarations and evidence.
