Reprography contract based on Framework Agreement CON/2021/11

Summary

This is a second competition under Framework Agreement CON/2021/11 for a four-year supply and rental arrangement for reprographic equipment for Ribadesella municipal offices and services. The contractor must supply, deliver, install, configure, commission and maintain the equipment, provide consumables, manage incidents and replace equipment where required. The planned supply covers 38 devices: 1 high-speed colour A3 multifunction device, 16 medium-duty colour A3 multifunction devices, 4 single-user colour A4 printers and 17 single-user black-and-white A4 printers, plus 2 fax kits and 1 finisher. The estimated value is EUR 161,000 excluding VAT, with EUR 33,810 VAT stated separately. Offers must be submitted within five working days of the invitation. Awarding is based on the discount percentage applied to the approved maximum unit prices, while the value-based assessment from the framework competition remains in force.
