Technical assistance services for audiovisual equipment at the Foundation’s events and training activities

Summary

The tender covers a single four-year contract for on-site technical assistance with audiovisual equipment used for training, research, clinical simulation, surgical training and events at IIS La Fe and, occasionally, elsewhere in the Valencian Community. The service includes event streaming and recording, camera and audio-video system operation, setup and troubleshooting, support for medical simulation equipment and operating-room systems, corrective maintenance, and delivery of an event work report after each intervention. Award criteria are price (50 points), proven healthcare-sector experience (up to 12 points), proven surgical-sector experience (up to 13 points), and technical quality assessed by expert judgment (25 points). A minimum of 15 points is required for the qualitative technical criteria. Offers must be submitted electronically in two parts, with the technical and administrative documents separated from the financial and automatically scored documents.
