The tender covers construction works to improve, modernise and equip infrastructure and urban services in the Benieto industrial estate. The works include pavements and pedestrian areas, surface drainage, public lighting with LED fixtures, green areas and irrigation, fire hydrants, road signs, traffic arrangements and additional parking spaces. The contract is not divided into lots and must be delivered as one integrated project. The works must be completed within 2 months from the signing of the site-setting-out and start-work record. All 100 points are awarded through automatic formulas: price is worth 80 points and extending the one-year warranty is worth 20 points, at one point per additional month up to 20 months. A 5% final guarantee is required, increased to 10% if the winning offer is abnormally low. The successful tenderer must also maintain civil liability insurance with minimum coverage of EUR 200,000.
