Maintenance service for three steam sterilizers

Summary

The tender concerns a 12-month, single-lot contract for comprehensive all-risk, preventive, corrective and statutory maintenance of three MATACHANA 1006 E-2 steam sterilizers at Doctor José Molina Orosa University Hospital in Lanzarote. The contract may be extended by a further 12 months, for a maximum total duration of 24 months. The tender budget is EUR 23,076.00 excluding IGIC and EUR 24,691.32 including 7% IGIC; the estimated contract value including the possible extension is EUR 46,152.00 excluding IGIC. Each intervention carries a six-month warranty, and a semi-annual equipment status report must be submitted within the first 15 days of each semester. The procedure is negotiated without prior publication. The economic offer may be improved during negotiation, must not exceed the tender budget, and must state IGIC separately. The initial offer must be submitted through the designated public procurement platform and must include the required legal, financial, technical and compliance documentation.
