Summary
The Complutense University of Madrid is procuring a two-year maintenance service for electrical transformer substations, generator sets, capacitor banks and lightning-protection systems across its buildings. The service includes planned inspections, maintenance and corrective actions, with a required 24-hour response capability. The contract is not divided into lots and may be extended up to a maximum total duration of five years. The estimated contract value is EUR 1,204,229.40. The successful contractor must provide the required personnel and equipment, a 5% final guarantee and civil-liability insurance with EUR 600,000 cover.
