Supply of equipment for the renewal and maintenance of Wi-Fi equipment at stations and corporate buildings

Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of 168 new indoor Wi-Fi 6E access points, replacement and certified destruction of obsolete equipment, and hardware, software, cabling, licensing, configuration and technical support for Renfe’s Wi-Fi infrastructure and management platform. Corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance is required for the equipment and software listed in the technical specifications. The contract value is capped at EUR 228,930 excluding VAT, including EUR 138,930 for equipment supply and EUR 90,000 for maintenance services. The contract runs for one year, from 16 October 2026 to 15 October 2027. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the technical offer for 40%; a technical score of at least 20 points is required. The tenderer must submit the offer electronically, provide a Spanish-language offer or a sworn Spanish translation, and ensure that the technical offer contains no prices. The tenderer must provide 24/7/365 Spanish-language telephone support, centralized incident handling and on-site assistance. Required service levels include, for the cloud management platform, telephone intervention within 15 minutes, on-site intervention within 2 hours and resolution within 4 hours for critical incidents. A final guarantee of 5% of the awarded amount and civil liability insurance of at least EUR 600,000 are required.
