Tender detail
Supply of immunohematology testing reagents
Summary
The tender covers the supply of immunohematology reagents and the necessary equipment for the Aragon Public Blood and Tissue Bank. It is divided into four lots: microplate serological testing, gel-column agglutination, high-throughput DNA-array blood-group typing, and PCR-based molecular typing. The estimated contract value is EUR 2,014,475.76 including VAT, with a base term from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 and a possible extension through 31 December 2031. Suppliers must provide CE-IVDR-marked reagents, compatible equipment, calibration and quality controls, installation and validation, connectivity with the blood-bank information system, preventive maintenance and 24-hour technical assistance. The initial delivery for critical testing must be made within 15 days of contract signing; urgent safety-stock deliveries must be possible within 24 hours, while other reagent deliveries are due within 15 days. Defective materials must be collected and replaced within 15 days. The award uses price and technical criteria. Price accounts for 50 points in each lot, with additional automatic and qualitative criteria covering equipment functionality, automation, molecular testing capacity and supplementary reagents or support. The bidder must submit the responsible declaration, technical product and equipment documentation, safety data sheets, performance information and a technical support plan.
