The tender concerns a four-year service for community and coexistence agents in the Les Planes neighbourhood of Sant Joan Despi, co-financed by the Catalonia Neighbourhoods and Villages Plan 2025–2029. The technical proposal must cover service organisation and coordination, incident recording and analysis, evaluation methods and two specific neighbourhood actions per year. The contractor must provide one group leader and sufficient community agents, maintain service continuity throughout the year, arrange replacements for leave or absences, and replace staff within 48 hours when necessary. It must also provide phones for assigned staff, uniforms, confidentiality commitments, safeguarding certificates, insurance, data protection and legally compliant employment conditions.
