Framework agreement for supplying medical products for the prevention and treatment of chronic wounds

Summary

The tender establishes a framework agreement for supplying six lots of medical products used to prevent and treat chronic wounds for healthcare centres dependent on the Madrid Health Service. The lots cover polyurethane foam dressings, silicone-adhesive dressings, therapeutic compression bandages and 5 mm offloading felt rolls for diabetic feet. The estimated framework value is €6,223,188.34 excluding VAT, including the possible extensions and modifications. The initial term is 12 months, with annual extensions up to a maximum total term of 48 months. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026. Suppliers may bid for one, several or all lots, but bids for lot 5 must cover both item numbers 5.1 and 5.2. No variants are permitted. Price accounts for up to 70 points and technical quality for up to 30 points. Each lot and item number must achieve at least 50% of the available technical score. Ordinary orders must be delivered within 72 hours and urgent orders within 24 hours. Products must have more than 24 months of remaining shelf life at delivery.
