Document collection, transport, temporary custody and confidential destruction service

Summary

The tender covers the collection of Alokabide documents from its Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa offices, transport between Alokabide offices or to the General Archive of the Basque Government, temporary custody where required, and certified confidential destruction of documents previously approved for disposal. The service is provided on demand, generally for a minimum of 5 Euro pallets per request. Empty pallets must be supplied within 5 working days, collection requests must be handled within one week, and destruction must normally be completed within 30 calendar days of collection. The tender requires a unit price per pallet; the estimated volume is 150 pallets over two contract years and 21% VAT is added to the price. Price is the only award criterion.
