Management of paper and cardboard from blue containers and door-to-door collections

Summary

The tender covers the receipt, sorting and recycling of paper and cardboard collected within the Arratiako Udalen Mankomunitatea area from public blue containers and door-to-door collections at small shops and service providers, public buildings, educational centres and industrial estates. The contract runs for two years and is not divided into lots. The estimated contract value is EUR 42,000 excluding VAT. Tenderers must submit a price per tonne, an optional minimum price and the distance to the proposed processing plant. The price is updated monthly using the relevant ASPAPEL market index.
