Summary

The tender establishes a framework agreement with one or more specialist workshops for preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs across the Valencia Provincial Firefighters Consortium vehicle fleet. The scope includes mechanical, electrical and electronic repairs, bodywork and painting, firefighting equipment, emergency identification and signalling systems, and tyre services for light and heavy vehicles. The initial framework agreement lasts 24 months and may be extended twice for one year at a time. The estimated value excluding VAT is EUR 4,593,706.64, including options and extensions; the estimated maximum value of the planned services excluding VAT is EUR 2,296,853.32. The maximum labour rate is EUR 55.00 per hour excluding VAT. The service requires preferential workshop attention, detailed quotations and strict repair deadlines, including up to 10 working days for corrective maintenance, 3 working days for preventive maintenance, up to 3 working days for diagnosis and a detailed quotation, and normally up to 7 working days for ordinary repairs. Offers are scored using automatic criteria: labour rate up to 60 points, discounts for preventive maintenance up to 15 points, availability of a specially equipped roadside-assistance vehicle up to 10 points, and discounts on spare parts and materials up to 15 points. Applicants must submit the completed offer form, specify the specialities they provide, and supply workshop identification and Industrial Integrated Register information. Workshops must use new original or certified equivalent parts, ensure parts traceability, comply with legal and environmental requirements, and hold all required licences and authorisations.
