Right of superficies over the Grabadores 16 plot for the construction and management of protected affordable-rental housing

Summary

The tender grants a 75-year right of superficies over Plot A at Grabadores 16 in Madrid’s San Blas-Canillejas district for the development, construction, management and operation of protected housing for affordable rent. The plot is 1,288.92 m² with 11,170 m² of permitted buildable area. The technical offer is worth up to 50 points and the economic offer up to 50 points; at least 25 technical points are required for the economic offer to be opened. Construction must be completed within 36 months, and the contractor must hold the specified construction classification. The operator must also maintain the required liability, construction all-risk, material-damage and other insurance policies.
