Authorisations for public-space use and street vending in A Coruña, 2027–2030

Summary

The procedure grants authorisations to use and occupy municipal public space for street vending at various locations in A Coruña. Authorisations may cover up to four annual seasons, generally from 2027 to 2030, without an extension option. Applicants must submit an electronic application by 6 October 2026, provide the required declarations and eligibility evidence, identify the requested sales locations, and submit a separate economic offer for each location. Price is the only award criterion, and the offer must meet the relevant minimum amount. The amended technical conditions include a 5 × 2 m reduced sales vehicle at location A02_VTR-2, with a minimum annual offer of EUR 1,455.00. Sales locations C01_PE to C08_PE near Riazor Stadium have a maximum size of 3 × 2 m. The minimum annual offers are EUR 102.60 for food and beverage locations C01_PE, C04_PE and C06_PE, EUR 102.60 for sports-accessory locations C02_PE, C03_PE, C05_PE and C07_PE, and EUR 110.58 for location C08_PE. No bid or final guarantee is required. A successful applicant must provide the required tax, social-security, insurance and activity-related documents within 10 working days and pay the offered amount before the authorisation is granted and before each subsequent season.
