The tender covers the supply of single-use medical consumables for angiological and vascular surgery at Hospital Clínico Universitario de Valencia. It is divided into 29 lots covering vascular access needles, micropuncture sets, angioplasty and occlusion balloons, introducers, angiographic and support catheters, microcatheters, retrieval loops and thrombectomy or ablation devices. The contract is based on successive deliveries at unit prices according to the hospital’s actual needs. The maximum tender budget is EUR 1,128,165.40 excluding VAT and EUR 1,365,080.13 including 21% VAT. The estimated contract value is EUR 2,481,963.88, calculated on the basis of an initial two-year term, a possible two-year extension and a possible modification of up to 20%. Price revision is not applicable. Bidders may apply for one, several or all lots, but each bid must cover the complete lot. Products must comply with the detailed technical specifications, medical-device legislation, CE-marking requirements and labelling rules. Technical documentation must be provided separately for each lot, including catalogues, technical data sheets, conformity declarations and relevant certificates or approvals. The supplier must deliver to the hospital’s general warehouse at its own cost, normally within six working days and urgently within 48 hours. Defective products must be replaced within 24 hours. The successful supplier must also maintain continuity of supply, provide necessary accessories free of charge and train clinical staff before use.
