The procurement covers the lease, without an option to purchase, of nine prefabricated units for I.E.S. Pedro Álvarez de Sotomayor in Manzanares: eight 60 m² classroom units and one 15 m² hygiene-facilities unit. The units must be transported, assembled, installed and made ready for use with the required internal water, drainage, electrical and climate-control systems. The contractor is responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the lease.
