Services for delivering training activities for employment in SAP technology 2026–2028

Summary

The tender concerns the integrated delivery of a SAP technology employment training programme in the Basque Country from contract award until 10 December 2028. The estimated budget is EUR 1,800,000. The contractor must design, organise, deliver, manage and monitor classroom training, mandatory cloud-based learning, official SAP certification and recertification. The programme must cover at least 780 people and 195,000 training hours. Minimum requirements include classroom training for 440 unemployed participants and recertification for 340 employed SAP users. The contractor must provide SAP-authorised training, official learning platforms and licences, practical training, tutoring, examination attempts, certification management, qualified trainers and a SAP project manager. Training and certification must be free of charge to participants, with detailed monitoring, reporting, participant selection, attendance control and data protection throughout the contract.
