Maintenance, conservation, repair and improvement of the public space of Vitoria-Gasteiz

Summary

The tender covers maintenance, upkeep, repair and improvement works for Vitoria-Gasteiz public spaces, including roads, pavements and squares, together with winter road-service activities. It is divided into eight city-area lots, each with a maximum budget of EUR 197,314.05 excluding VAT and EUR 238,750 including VAT. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all lots. Each lot has a one-year term starting on 7 October 2026 or on contract signature, with possible extensions of up to three additional years. Offers must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026. To remain in the procedure, the bidder must obtain at least 20 points for the organisational model; this criterion carries up to 40 points. The economic offer carries up to 54 points, and up to 6 additional points may be awarded for providing annual free winter-service hours using two Bobcats with operators. The final guarantee for each lot is 5% of the awarded amount excluding VAT.
