The tender concerns a socio-educational intervention project for students of IES Arturo Soria in the Manoteras Integrated Neighbourhood Plan area of Madrid. The provider must identify and support students aged 12–18 who face social vulnerability, attendance problems, learning difficulties or risky behaviour; provide educational reinforcement, individual follow-up, family coordination, absenteeism prevention and management of the school study room. The contract runs from 1 October 2026, or signature if later, until 30 September 2028, only on school days and excluding July, August, September, holiday periods, weekends and public holidays. The award is based on several criteria: up to 25 points for the technical project, 25 for price, 40 for social criteria and 10 for technical improvements.
