Supply of electricity

Summary

The contract covers the supply of electricity to approximately 443 Gipuzkoako Urak consumption points, including 29 medium-voltage points. Estimated annual consumption is 18,000,000 kWh, and the contract runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029. Supply covers four tariff groups: medium-voltage tariffs 6.2 TD and 6.1 TD, and low-voltage tariffs 3.0 TD and 2.0 TD. All electricity supplied must come from renewable sources. Consumption volumes are estimates, and new supply points may be added during the contract. Bidders must quote unit prices for the energy component by tariff period; network access charges and other regulated charges are handled as specified in the tender documents. The supplier must also arrange changes to supply points, provide billing and technical support, and submit monthly digital billing information and compliant invoices. The contract will be awarded through an open procedure based on the best quality-price ratio.
