Maintenance service for the buildings and premises of the Central Services of the Ministry of the Interior in Madrid

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive maintenance of the buildings and premises used by the Central Services of Spain’s Ministry of the Interior in Madrid. The services cover preventive, corrective, predictive, technical and legally required maintenance, documentation and inventory management, maintenance management software, presence control, reports and certificates, and 24/7 response to breakdowns and emergencies. The scope includes electrical and thermal installations, generators, UPS systems, lifts, fire protection, HVAC, gas, plumbing, construction elements, landscaping and related specialist services. The contract is a single lot and will be awarded through an open electronic procedure. Offers are scored automatically out of 100 points: price up to 65 points, a commitment to provide up to 30 kg of refrigerant gas per thermal generation unit when required because of a leak or breakdown up to 15 points, and additional on-site personnel hours up to 20 points. The offer must include the required cost breakdown and commitments to provide the required staff, equipment, authorisations, insurance and social execution condition.
