Consorci Localret is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for the subsequent acquisition of market-available, purpose-built artificial intelligence solutions supporting public procurement. The four categories cover contract preparation, tendering, contract execution, and solutions combining support services from multiple categories; the tools are intended to support, not replace, human review and decision-making. The system will run for up to five years and has an estimated total value of €10,000,000 excluding VAT.
