Maintenance service for servers with Intel architecture

Summary

The tender is for the maintenance of 328 Intel-architecture servers and related equipment, including local network equipment and server peripherals. The service covers hardware repairs and operating-system incidents, preventive maintenance, spare-parts availability, software and firmware updates, and temporary replacement equipment where needed. Work will be carried out across Spain at central, provincial and departmental locations. The initial contract term is one year from 24 January 2027, or from the day after contract signature if later, with one possible one-year extension. Hardware repair deadlines depend on location and severity: at central locations, 4 hours for severity level 0 and 6 hours for levels 1 and 2; elsewhere, 24, 36 and 36 hours respectively. The award criteria allocate 85 points to savings against the budget ceiling and 15 points to shorter repair times.
