Dynamic purchasing system for the provision of various services for the Rural Development, Demographic Challenge and Tourism area

Summary

This is a four-year dynamic purchasing system for recurring service needs of the Rural Development, Demographic Challenge and Tourism area. It covers five categories: stand and marquee assembly and dismantling with public assistance; promotion of promotional videos; design and printing; training activities; and catering services. The estimated total value is EUR 680,000 excluding VAT, with EUR 200,000 for category 1 and EUR 120,000 for each of categories 2–5. There is no maximum budget for the system as a whole; each resulting contract will have its own budget and detailed technical requirements. Companies may apply for admission throughout the system’s validity if they meet the capacity, professional authorisation and financial and technical capability requirements. Applications are submitted electronically. Admitted companies are invited to subsequent competitions in the relevant categories, but admission does not itself guarantee any contract. Derived competitions may assess price, delivery time, technical proposals, teaching qualifications or protected-origin and geographical-indication products, depending on the category.
