Supply of IT equipment, departmental specialist licences and IT services

Summary

This procurement establishes a four-year dynamic purchasing system for the supply of IT equipment, software licences and IT services to the Alzira City Council. The system is divided into 10 categories covering computers and accessories, networks and communications, videoconferencing and multimedia equipment, uninterruptible power supplies and batteries, software, data storage and web services, IT support, telecommunications, printing and scanning equipment, and servers and storage systems. A company may apply for one or several categories, and admitted companies will subsequently be invited to tender for specific contracts in the relevant category. The estimated annual value is EUR 750,000 and the total four-year value is EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT. The initial application deadline was 29 April 2026, but further applications may be submitted during the validity of the system until 29 April 2030. Participation requires evidence of the relevant turnover and comparable previous experience, the required declarations and documents, and electronic submission.
